How much is your cargo fee?

Shipping fee depends on the country you are ordering from and the total weight of the products you purchased. 

My order has been sent to cargo. I want to change the address / name

You can contact us on our WhatsApp line 0535 679 0078 or send an e-mail to [email protected] so that we can send your current address / name information to the courier company.

Is delivery made on public holidays?

Cargo companies do not deliver on public holidays.
 

Can you send the product I purchased early?

The product you have purchased will be sent to cargo within 1-5 business days.
 

My order has been arrived when I wasn't at my address

The courier company delivers your order to the address that you have specified. In order to provide detailed information in case of that you cannot be found at your address, the courier which is following the transportation process of your cargo will contact you and inform you at which branch your package is located. Usually, your package is left to the courier branch closest to your address and you must receive it from the branch within 3 working days. Otherwise, the package is sent back to us. 

If you wish, you can get detailed information about your cargo by contacting the WhatsApp number notified to you by the courier.  

Why are you sending the invoice on the package?

There is a legal obligation to send the invoice of your order on the package and to write your name and surname.
